Angeline liked to eat jellybeans, especially jellybeans, only jellybeans. The one thing she wanted for a gift or a treat -- jellybeans. She wouldn't take anyone's advice to add to her menu. She knew what she liked, jellybeans.
Crystalee Calderwood wrote a story that delights children, and Stephen Macquignon provided colorful illustrations to bring it all alive.
The lesson found in the book, too much of a good thing is much too much, is one that children can understand yet not feel overwhelmed with moralizing.
Join us in the virtual book tour for Angeline this week. Tomorrow, the tour starts on Ransom Noble's blog. Monday's stop is on Brain Cells & Bubble Wrap.
The full schedule is found here.

Sounds like a book my daughter would love!
I know my three-year-old grandson does, and so do my four and two year old great-granddaughters.
Thanks for stopping by.
I'm looking forward to learning more about the book on the tour. I will also put up a review of Angeline Jellybean on my blog sometime too. :)
Sounds like a fun book for kids. I like jellybeans! There are so many different flavors.
My favorite jellybeans are orange, grape, lemon, and cherry.
I love cherry jellybeans too. Look foward to seeing you all on the tour!
I've gone with Crystalee the entire journey of Angeline from its conception to the final product. Every step of the way she has put forth a level of enthuasiasm that surpasses anything I've seen before. The finished book is amazing, and I'm very proud of her. I support this project and all her future endeavors.
