Monday, the brain cells needed for short stories

I'm working on an article about the components for short stories. I plan to post it Monday. Brain cells are needed to write successful stories.

I have written short stories for as long as I can remember, and although not much of a market remains for that genre of writing, I still enjoy writing short stories and reading them.

I think you'll find that the genre of the short story is still alive and well in the blogging world. In fact, I don't know many readers at all with the patience to read a full-length story online!

I await your future posts!

Yes, short stories can be found most often online, but many writers still like the idea of being paid and seeing their work in print. Sad, isn't it?

There are a few publications that accept short stories, and in a later post I'll find the ones I've found, so far, that do.

However, for those of us who MUST write, and write short stories, we can post them in blogs, on web sites, and wherever possible. Thankfully someone can read them.
