4RV breaking into eBook market

Two of 4RV Publishing's young adult books are now available as e books on Kindle. We're working on adding more. By this summer we should have all our YA books and at least part of our fiction novels ready on Amazon and the 4RV eBook page.

Now available for Kindle is Bubba & Giganto: Odds Against Us by Lea Shizas and Just Breeze by Beverly Stowe McClure.

Other titles will be available as formatted.

I hope they do well. I have seen stats on the rewards for publishers and authors as well as illustrators. Those were put out to compare the iPad to the traditional book. If I can find them again I will pass them on.

You'll be glad you did! So many books are selling more digital copies than physical.

My fingers are crossed that the digital books do well. I'm posting about them being on Kindle (and other readers.) I'm enjoying reading on my iPad. For my bad eyes the print is great. Thanks, Lea and Vivian.

Vivian,
They should do well. ebooks are becoming more and more popular - and fun. I know my romance publisher is starting to see good numbers. I think this is a great decision for 4RV!

It's a great time to get into the Kindle market. I currently have five and they're outselling the print editions 3-1. I look forward to downloading some of 4RV childrens' books, now that I'm writing some of my own.

Children's books will be the last to become ebooks because of the extra work involved in formatting them. However, in time ...

So far neither of the books have sold any downloads. We'll see. I'm hoping.

Cool! I got a kindle at Christmas and I'm amazed how much I'm reading on it.

We just added Prairie Dog Cowboy to the list on Kindle, and we're trying to get more finished.
