If Wishes Were Fishes by N.A. Sharpe and illustrated by Ginger Nielson is one of the picture books from 4RV Publishing nominated for the Cybils Award.
Both books are fun to read with bright, attention-grabbing illustrations by Ginger. The company is fortunate to have talented authors and illustrators.
I'm not sure what happens now, but if either or both are award winners, I'll be sure to post the results. Of course the company believes both books are already winners, and so will any child who has a copy.
